✅ Qualification and Experience:
✔️ General Manager (Finance and Administration): Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Minimum 18 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager (P&A): A recognized degree in any discipline and MBA (HR) /Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel/ HR/ IR / Management with minimum 55% marks . Degree in Law would be an added advantage. Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager (Finance): Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India.Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Marketing): A recognized engineering degree in Mechanical / Production with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Internal Auditor: Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. A Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Junior Manager Production (Paint and Surface Treatment Shop): Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Production/ Chemical with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Personnel and Administrative Officer: A recognized degree in any disciple and MBA (HR) Post Graduate degree/ Diploma in Personnel/HR/IR/ Management with minimum 55% marks. Degree in Law would be an added advantage. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Accountant: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com). Minimum 04 years experience in field of accounting functions.
✔️ Junior Storekeeper: 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Graduate with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 03 years experience.
✔️ Q.C. Assistant cum Technical Assistant (Mechanical): 03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
✔️ Junior Clerk / Assistant: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University and Minimum 06 months Certificate Course in Computer Application. English Typing @ 30 w.p.m. on computer or Hindi Typing @ 25 w.p.m. on computer. 04 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Millwright / Press Operator / Machinist / Assembler / Electrician / Fitter / Painter: Certificate from a recognized ITI in relevant trade. Minimum 02 years experience.

✔️ Written Test
✔️  Interview.

✔️ ₹ 500/- for first seven posts and ₹ 250/- for all other posts.General / OBC category.
