Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) has announced the JEE Advanced result 2020 today, October 5. The link to check the JEE Advanced result is now activated on the official website- jeeadv.nic.in. The JEE Advanced 2020 result has been declared and Chirag Falor , who appeared in the engineering entrance exam from the IIT Bombay zone, is the JEE Advanced 2020 topper. This year, 36,497 male candidates have qualified in JEE Advanced 2020 and 6,707 women. In 2019, the number of successful male candidates numbered 33,349. The number of women to qualify was just 5,356. JEE Advanced exam was held on September 12 in 222 cities and 1001 JEE exam centres across the nation. Out of total registered JEE Advanced candidates, 96% attendance was recorded for the JEE Advanced exam. A total of 1,51,311 candidates wrote Paper 1 and 1,50,900 candidates appeared in Paper 2 of JEE Advanced 2020 exam. JoSAA counselling 2020 process for admission in all the IITs, NITs, IIITs and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) which grant admission on the basis of candidate’s JEE Advanced score is scheduled to begin from tomorrow, October 6.
